Measuring instruments

For our customer Rail Tec Arsenal, we designed, engineered and built a heated Prandtl probe for speed measurement in an icing wind tunnel.

Thanks to our expertise in design, calculation (CFD, FEM) and mechanical production, we were able to ensure that the project ran efficiently and successfully.

The measuring probe can be used under extreme weather conditions. Temperatures down to -30°C, rain, snow and ice pose no problem for operation. The measuring probe was calibrated in accordance with the standard using an aperture measurement in accordance with DIN ISO 5167.

Mockup Design

Representative demonstration models are required to test systems under realistic environmental conditions.

We develop and build functional demonstration models for a wide range of test setups for our customers.

Various materials such as steel, GRP and CFRP as well as 3D-printed plastics are available. This mix enables us to adapt specifically to customer requirements and ensure an optimal development process.

The integration of heaters, pressure measuring points or temperature sensors is also possible.

Steelwork

We support our customers in the planning and implementation of classic steel construction projects.

In this area, we work together with various regional steel construction companies and can therefore also implement large steel construction projects from design and calculation through to construction.

Prototyping

Functional prototypes offer an ideal opportunity to examine the function of systems during the development phase.

We support our customers in the design and construction of functional prototypes. Both machining and additive manufacturing technologies are used in production.
